- The establishments on our lists are regularly evaluated by means of our “suggestion cards” (which are placed in your document wallet) as well as punctual telephone surveys. Visits on location are also made occasionally. These measures allow us to continually evaluate the quality of the accommodation that we market and their appropriateness with travelers’ expectations.
- All comments are sent to the accommodations managers in order to encourage them to improve their services if improvements are necessary or to congratulate them when everything is perfect. Any complaints are analyzed and can lead to removal of the establishment from our list.
